Jr. Revenue Manager

We’re looking for a person to join our Revenue team. You will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow by influencing the decision-making process and infrastructure of one of our main growth engines. We’re looking for a team player with a business sense, great communications skills and a keenness for problem-solving.


What you’ll do


  • Report directly to the Director of Revenue

  • Support the development of new business opportunities for Graphite’s different business units.

  • Research and analyze prospective leads’ company, direct and indirect competitors, and markets

  • Orchestrate strategic and cross-functional business activities and projects with sharp business acuity, creativity, and attention to detail

  • Create tracking, reporting and dashboards that support the sales and customer retention efforts

  • Work with our back office team to project-manage the onboarding process and ensure that new clients are properly onboarded

Job requirements

What you’ll need:


  • Ba in business administration, finance or marketing is desirable.

  • Bonus if you have 1-2 years of relevant experience but not necessary to apply.

  • Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital, etc.

  • Passion for researching and building business cases around identified opportunities (size of the business, potential sales, revenues, etc.)

  • Comfortable defining the KPIs and metrics to measure success, and being held accountable to them.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Critical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to combine and balance qualitative analysis with a proven understanding of strategy, operations, interpersonal and technical competencies.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical project timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
